What’s included real estate packages?

Each Real Estate shoot includes interior, exterior, drone images, and a basic 2D floor plan. Included with the drone images are property boundary highlights (when applicable) and call outs for the property and other surrounding features. Photos of listings have a guaranteed next day delivery
(3D products have a maximum turnaround of 48 hours)

Photos: $195*
*add $50 for properties listed over 850,000
*add $40 if your property is a vacation rental
Drone photos (included with basic photo package of home) : $115

Floor plan offerings:

Basic 2D Floor plans (with and without dimensions): Free with interior photos
Add fixed furniture to 2D floor plans (vanities, toilets, islands, tubs, etc): $35
GLA Report: $35

3D Floor plan (includes 2D floor plan and fixed furniture): $60
Add furniture to 3D floor plan: +$20
Add colors and textures to 3D floor plan: +$20
3D video rendering walkthrough: $140

3D marketing package (includes everything above except GLA report): $179

3D tours: $150 (if purchasing photos - $250 if not purchasing photos)

Video offerings:

Drone video (includes music licensing): $175
Interior Video (includes music licensing): $175

Social media reels (includes music licensing): $115
